AFTER SALES ADVISOR

This is a site-based role. You will support our After Sales Manager and be an integral part of the team supplying trencher parts and service in the UK and globally.

You will take customer calls for spare parts and process the orders. Where technical support is required, you will log the customer request and direct it to the right person.

You will administer our web-based Dealer Portal for our overseas dealers, which includes technical updates, service bulletins and warranty claims.

A background in engineering, manufacturing or a customer service environment would be beneficial but not essential because training will be provided. You must be methodical, reliable, and have excellent attention to detail. In addition, you’ll need the following skills and experience:

- Excellent relationship, communication & organisational skills.

- Strong proficiency in Excel and other computer applications.

- Detailed and accurate approach to documentation.

Extensive on-the-job training will be given from the start for the right person.
